  • Payment methods accepted: UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, and EMI (where available).
  • Full payment is required before dispatch. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We strive to dispatch products in a timely manner. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Title and risk pass to you upon delivery of the product.
  • In case reverse logistics are not available, you may be asked to courier the product back to us.

7. Return and Replacement Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
  • Incomplete packaging or missing items.

Return Conditions:

  • Notify us within 72 hours of delivery. For transit damages, report within 48 hours.
  • Product must be in original condition and unused.
  • We may require photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for perishable items like cakes, chocolates, flowers, or customized gifts.
  • For such items, complaints must be raised within 24 hours.

Replacement Conditions:

  • Valid only for damages or manufacturing defects.
  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a similar product of equal value.

8. Cancellation Policy

User-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Cancellation by Shivay Gifting Pitara:
We may cancel your order under the following circumstances:

  • Pricing or technical errors.
  • Product unavailability.
  • Issues related to fraud or failed payments.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

9. Restocking Charges

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee:

  • 25% for certain imported or special-order items.
  • 10% for standard items.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after applying the restocking fee.
